A soul traveler… cocreating with nature's rthyms…embarked upon a healing arts practice in 1984, facilitated spiritual retreats and inspiring others to bring forth their innate gifts and wisdom through nature. Lived in hawaii in the 70's, truly felt the energy of surrender and the organic process living there.  spent 20 years in northern california, the last ten in hot springs, arkansas.

Upon arriving here, I embarked upon a journey of creating community amongst the holistic and green folks, the community at large and the allopathic world.  Hoping we could find common ground to assist one another…after many groups, I finally created a non profit called the light choice, with a radio show…and an informational resource for green living, holistic health, walking lightly on the earth.


About 2 years ago…I crashed….big time….w/o support from the community….my world was crumbling…the wounded healer needed help….many physical symptoms, after a relentless search inside and out…still wondering what's it all about….alphie?

Been dancing with the dark nite of the soul….

Truly felt abandoned..knowing love and connection was a huge key in my transformation..

So here I am vulnerable and needing community….

uplift, inspire, re-energize….that's my desire..
